Question by ardy1234567: What Philippine airline offers cheap traveling from Manila to Laoag?
I want to know what philippine domestic airline I can book with that offers cheap passage from Manila to Laoag. Also I recommend the one that is hassle free. I know Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific but I don't know which of them is better. Giving me another option to choose from would be a great help.
